In February 2020, the Multilateral Chamber of Commerce and Cooperation Israel Ibero-America (now the Israel Ibero-America Chamber of Commerce) held a meeting in Lima between Mr. Jordi Gallardo, Minister of the Presidency and Economy of the Principality of Andorra, and members of the Peruvian business community. The meeting, which took place in the evening during the minister’s visit to the Republic of Peru, sought to promote trade between Peru and Andorra.
Investment and Trade Opportunities Between Peru and Andorra
The meeting was attended by Jewish and non-Jewish business leaders from Peru’s food and medical industries. The aim was to present and analyze the investment and bilateral trade opportunities that can be developed between the two countries.
Andorra is a European principality located in the Pyrenees, between Spain and France.

With this meeting, the Chamber took a new step in fulfilling its role as a platform for multilateral trade between Israel and the Ibero-American countries, which Andorra and the United States have also joined.
