Comercializadora Inter-Global S.R.L., of Costa Rica, known as Interglo, confirmed in June 2020 its membership in the Multilateral Chamber of Commerce and Cooperation Israel Ibero-America (now the Israel Ibero-America Chamber of Commerce). The Costa Rican company specializes in the marketing of rice and in value-added products from the rice sector.

Kosher-certified, gluten-free rice flour

Among the value-added products developed by Interglo, its line of white, extra-fine rice flour, free of bleaching agents and preservatives, stands out. This line is distinguished by kosher and gluten-free certifications.

Kosher certification attests that a food complies with the dietary laws of Judaism (kashrut), a requirement for reaching consumers who follow these laws in Israel and in other markets. Gluten-free certification, for its part, is aimed at those who must avoid this protein, such as people with celiac disease.

The Chamber welcomed Interglo and expressed its satisfaction that the company has decided to become part of its Israeli Ibero-American business family.
